x-country rawks!! i suddenly feel like really training up for nxt yr and win sumthg. haha..went to wm fdcourt for lunch with candy, shuyi, xin yi, yishi, mich.. laughed all about some 'loy kee' business.. haha.. then left for macritchie...o ya.. at the fd court.. met chun kit. or say saw him.. nope.. he didn't see me.. shalala... wadever.. haha

sun was terribly hot..dying of the heat even before starting to run.. but well.. i actually think i can run the full distance... but.. just that i had stitches.. if not surely can catch up more.. haiz.. but at least i think therez some improvement. i dun feel too breathless after running.. i had alot of determination to run..but i din want to pao qi my frens.. haha.. lol.. so my alternate 30-mins on the treadmill do have some effect..

Gryphon won the C div champion and B div is 2nd or sumthg arh?? then Cheering we won again lor!! FANTASTIC!! we oso won the fancy dress haha!!! minotAur one is soo sux lar.. then peggy is soo simple.. not nice de.. centaur.. chicken very po jiu.. then unicorn like dunno wad liddat.. so GRYPHON was the best!! WE R THE B-E-S-T..WE R THE B-E-S-T BEST.....won soo many stuff this yr... hope nxt yr oso can be as good.. haha..
