ACJC celebrated their
122nd Founder's Day yesterday. well, the actual day's today so everyone,
Happy Founder's Day. haha.
anyway, it was ACJC choir 2008/2009's debut performance yesterday. daddy fetched me to school in the morning. isn't it nice of him? heh. wore my
numberTwo to school since i came by car. did our warmups in the hall where the MRC did sound check simultaneously. after that, we went back to LT2 for the last attire check before entering the hall and sat at the risers.
the service officially started at 8.40am? it's somewhere around that time. well, we basically sat through the thing and stood only when singing our songs and the hymns. gosh, it's so freaking uncomfortable to sit so demurely on the risers. it's especially so when you're in the front row, which was my case. we had to sit in such a manner that our legs were all slanted to one side so as to protect our modesty. haha. needless to say, all our legs went numb within a few minutes of being in that position. the longest time we sat was throughout the prize giving time. after that, we stood to sing the school song and man, were we all struggling to stand up properly! haha..
i guess our performance weren't quite bad. =) just that Rytmus was a little on the fast side. heh. after the short evaluation in LT2, we took a grp photo and then section photos. yea. then i rushed to change out of the stockings and court shoes and went out with shirui, shiangming, yishi and jeromy.
for the fun of it, i wore my tie along with the uniform! haha.. we went to buy tickets for
L Change The World at
The Cathay first. then we headed to
PS yoshinoya for lunch. we were all ravenous after the entire morning without food. haha.. after gobbling down our food, we went to carrefour to buy some chips into the cinemas.
our show was at
The Grand Cathay. gosh.. it's huge and MAGNIFICENT. haha.. i took some photos but couldnt capture the entire theatre.

anyway, the movie was hmmm..not bad. just a lil on the gross side for some scenes. but i think i'll miss L. i'll miss his funny mannerisms and how he only eats sweet foodstuff and his hunchback. HAHA. yea.
then i went with jeromy to the mrt station and headed to novena myself. met ps sok hwee for mentoring and dinner at kk foodcourt. afterwhich, i walked to owen centre for cell. well, it was my first cell meeting with my new cell group. it was nice knowing Cassandra. =) heh.
St Nics Choir is the guest choir for RVC's concert!(which i didnt know they were having a concert on the 11th?) heh.. yep. but i cant go..maybe i'll try going there after my workshop ends.

choir today was quite okay. we ended earlier so the J2s can go home early to study. oh, we received the schedule for the whole year. there's alot alot of things coming up. whoah..i hope i have the discipline indeed to manage my time well!
