strawberry cheesecake. =D
I finally bought the much-sought-for cream cheese from cold storage on sunday! it was so expensive for such a small box of it. ): well well, there were no cheaper ones so i
HAD NO CHOICE but to get it.
made my
strawberry cheesecake at nite! heh.. my first attempt at it. well, i thought it was quite successful when i saw the result of it. heh. freezed it and everything. they were only to be eaten on monday evening, together with the
ben & jerry's icecream that my sis was in charge of buying. so i took them out, wanting to serve.
to my horror, one of them, which was taken down from the freezer into the lower compartment at an earlier hour, is soft like dont know wad lar. so in the end, i put it back to freeze again while we ate the other one which is harder. and then, another bad thing, the crust which is made out of pounded biscuits, did not harden at all lar. haha.. but it's still
delicious. =)
anyway, today was an extremely boring day. while yanling went to crash the physics lectures, i just went to eat with gen and her friend. then i did the
sudoku challenge from cynthia's reader's digest. it was tough alrite! i spent so long doing it man. haha.. but eventually, i solved it. =) heh.
i decided not to stay back to help out at the choir auditions today since judging by yesterday's turnout, the ratio of
helpers:pple who audtioning is high. haha.. so i left school with shirui and shiangming at 1.10pm. took the bus with shirui today. heh.. ran to board 200 and then waited for so long for 189. haha..
jody came to print something in the afternoon. then she told me that her aunt says for the cheesecake crust to harden, one should freeze the crust alone first before pouring the cheese mixture onto it.
OH. haha.. shall do that the next time i make it. heh.
i have a sudden desire to go to
the mind cafe. heh. but too bad it's too late to plan that for cell BBA. shall go there for the next one. haha..
urgh. i want a
new, decent, blogskin.
