i had a very fun-filled
good friday this year! haha..
alrite, here it goes. on thursday evening, after crashing the prac for the song item for the youth's easter party, i went to shermin's house to sleepover for the nite. she's moved to woodlands. heh. then on friday morning, i took the train down to khatib to meet with reuben and lydialee. we took 855 and saw joshua on the bus as well! what a coincidence. so together, the four of us made our way to the carpark of the entrance to the
treetop walk. we reached rather early so we waited for quite a while before everyone else have reached. xuan was exceptionally late so we went ahead first after prayer. he finally caught up when we were queuing to walk across the bridge.
gosh. i was a lil scared while walking across that bridge.
i'm scared of heights! ah.. haha.. it's okay if i hold the railings but without them, i'll feel pretty insecure. haha.. it's both good and bad that it's just a short bridge. 25m is so not enough. haha.. after crossing the bridge, we wanted to start heading out. however, we seemed to have gone by a wrong route and ended up on our way to macritchie! oh before that, we went up this
jelutong tower. quite dizzy to climb those stairs; they go in circles. haha.. in the end, we exited at lornie road that area and took a bus to
The Prata House. some of us borrowed money for the bus coz we left our wallets and stuff in uncle eric's car. while we headed to the prata house, uncle eric took the bus back to venus drive to fetch his car. yep. had prata for lunch! yummy. =)
in the afternoon, the bulk of us went to
lydia&ben's hse. the guys wanted to play soccer/basketball but it started raining the minute we reached. hence, everyone went up to the house to slack around till 4. then those of us watching movie headed to
bishan j8. there were 10 of us watching.

Rule #1. heh. my first ever horror film in the cinemas! but it's
not really that that THAT scary lar. there's only a scene that got us all jumping. haha.. yes, even the guys. haha. some other parts just got me shutting my eyes for a sec. haha. after the movie, the guys ate subway while lydia lee and i decided to go long john instead. yep. then we all went home after that.

had to go for choir yesterday. hence, i ended up not going for the Easter party at all. had to rush down from school to church for the last rehearsal. but oh well, i reached only after they've rehearsed. they were praying when i walked in. haha.. i supposed i looked kinda lost. haha i was pretty frustrated when the bus from novena took so long to come. anyway, the sat musical was alrite. but the worship team had some small mistakes here and there.. heh.

reached church at 8am this morn for a secret worship prac before the rehearsal starts. haha.. however, pple still came late and we ended up starting at about 8.20am only. well, it was actually sufficient since we only needed to touch up on the fast songs. yea, anyway, i think this morn's was better than yesterday. in terms of worship, musical..everything. oh yea,
yeun came with her mum! im so glad =D.
after church today, went to kk fdcourt for a quick lunch before going back to LOR room for our calendaring. yep. oh man. im planning for youth camp with ben. gotta need some ideas soon. heh.
hmmm.. i'll be uploading the pics from treetop walk asap, after i've gotten everything from ben. i shall put them in facebook but will still put some key photos here. heh.
