pre-exam. D:
It's the day before the last three days of Term 2, which sadly, are also the days of our mid-yr H2 papers.
Despite that fact, I felt a sudden urge to just blog just abit, after i flipped through the 1st few pages of my CSI notes. =) I saw a part mentioning of restriction sites have nucleotide sequences being palindromic - same sequence when read on both strands in 5' to 3' direction.
E.g. GAATTC and CTTAAG (imagine they're placed one above the other, they form the dna double strand sequences. sorry to those who don't take bio!)
Some literary examples:
straw warts!
A nut for a jar of tuna.
A dog! A panic in a pagoda!
Hint: try reading them backwards, ignoring the spaces but concentrating on the letters. =)
Interesting? haha.. okay, I gotta get back to studying!
